Compression Intake Filter (CIF)

Corrosive gaseous contaminants of your compressor can inhibit air flow, impede heat dissipation, cause vibration and decreased efficiency. To protect your compressor from corrosion, Purafil offers a, a dry-chemical scrubber designed to remove corrosive gases from intake air.
 

Corrosive Air System (CA)


The Corrosive Air System (CA) is self-contained, air scrubbing systems designed to provide recirculated air, free of corrosive gases.

Deep Bed Scrubber (DBS)

The DBS is a highly effective, bulk media scrubber for controlled environments with medium-to-high contaminant levels.  It is ideal for pulp and paper mills, refineries, steel mills, smelters, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, and other hostile environments.

 

Electronic Cabinet Unit (ECU)


The Purafil Electronic Cabinet Unit (ECU) manufactured by Purafil protects free-standing electronics and electric remote controls from the damaging effects of corrosive airborne contaminants. Designed for side mounting, the ECU cleans and recirculates air within the cabinet, while also pressurizing the space to prevent infiltration of contaminated air.

Positive Pressurization Unit (PPU)


The PPU is self-contained, air scrubbing systems designed to provide pressurized and/or recirculated air, free of corrosive gases. It is ideal for removing air contaminants from controlled environments containing sensitive computer electronics and electrical equipment. Key application areas for a PPU include control rooms or rooms housing delicate equipment: data centers, telecommunication centers, laboratories, medical testing and treatment environments, mill control rooms, and other process industries.

The PSA is designed to remove both particulate and gaseous pollutants for contaminant control.

Connected with a new or existing HVAC system, a full range of sizes controls odor, corrosion, and air pollutants for a variety of indoor settings.

Tub Scrubber for Corrosion Control (TS)


The TS provides clean air in controlled environments housing sensitive electronics. With a three-foot media bed depth. The scrubber is constructed of fiberglass, 3003 H-14 aluminum, or 304 or 315 stainless steel; 1.0 iwg (249 Pa) external static pressure; easily accessible fill port and clean-out port; MERV 6 efficient prefilter; high-efficiency final filter preceded by a MERV 6 efficient pre-final filter; externally mounted, enclosed blower system; damper controlled air inlet; prefilter housing for blow-through system. Option on demand.
